2. Receive return label: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack your item: Place the item in its original packaging and attach the return label.
4. Drop off: Take your package to the nearest carrier drop-off point.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll send you the new item as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

1-Year Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you experience any manufacturing defects within the first year of purchase, we'll replace your item free of charge.
